  • 15 mlCorn/maize liqueur
  • 15 mlLicor 43
  • 15 mlLime juice
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of toasted baby corn.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. 6
    Garnish with toasted baby corn.
