- 50 mlStrega liqueur
- 25 mlAmericano bianco
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest and spritz of absinthe.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with lemon zest (not expressed) and spray spritz of absinthe over cocktail.
