Ingredients
- 2.5 mlAbsinthe
- 30 mlReposado tequila
- 20 mlAromatized wine
- 10 mlTriple sec
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3RINSE chilled glass with absinthe (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- 4STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
