Ingredients
- 3 fresh Strawberries (fresh)
- 60 mlOld Tom gin
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- Top up with Soda from siphon
Method
- 1MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- 2Add other ingredients apart from soda, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass (without ice).
- 3TOP with soda.
