- 30 mlAgricole rhum (unaged)
- 15 mlBlue curaçao liqueur
- 15 mlOrgeat syrup
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLime juice

Select and pre-chill a PEARL DIVER OR COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of ice shell and plastic monkey.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with ice shell and monkey on rim.

Serve with a straw.
