- 52.5 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 15 mlCherry brandy
- 15 mlBlood orange juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of blood orange zest twist (flamed) and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail then discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered cherry.
