Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Cut a large coin-sized lime zest twist, thick cut with some of the fruit's flesh on the skin (Ti' Punch-style) and MUDDLE in base of glass.

Add other ingredients.

Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.
