- 30 mlDry vermouth
- 22.5 mlApricot liqueur
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 2 dashBoker's style bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed and discarded) and dried apricot half on rim.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
