- 3 fresh Mint leaves
- 50 mlVodka
- 20 mlDry vermouth
- 20 mlElderflower liqueur
- 5 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 6 dropGinseng bitters

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mint leaf &/or edible daisy.

Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).

Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with mint leaf &/or edible daisy pegged to rim.
