Ingredients
- 40 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 25 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 10 mlHoney and water syrup
- 2 dashPimento bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 3STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 4(No garnish.).
