- 75 mlGinger beer
- 45 mlDark/black rum

Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass and briefly stir.

OR, layer by pouring ginger beer into ice-filled glass first, then floating rum.

Squeeze lime wedge into drink and drop in as a garnish.
