- 15 mlMezcal liqueur
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 7.5 mlCream sherry
- 5 mlAmaro (e.g. Ramazzotti)
- 2.5 mlChilli liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of chocolate orange stick.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with chocolate orange stick rested across rim.
