- 30 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 20 mlHoney syrup (2:1)
- 7.5 mlPimento dram
- 2 dashOrange bitters

- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel and mint sprigs.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
