Ingredients
- 1 slice red chili pepper
- 3 fresh Raspberries
- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 22.5 mlCranberry juice
- 30 mlHoney sugar syrup
- 30 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of two small chillies.
- 3Lightly MUDDLE (just press) chilli pepper in base of shaker to release its flavour. (If you muddle hard then the finished cocktail will be overly spicy).
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with chillies on rim to form devil's horns.
