Ingredients
- 30 mlPeated malt whisky
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 7.5 mlMaple syrup
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 4 dropChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of square of 70% cocoa chocolate.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with a square of 70% cacao chocolate pegged to the rim.
