Ingredients
- 30 mlPeated malt whisky
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 7.5 mlMaple syrup
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 4 dropChocolate bitters

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of square of 70% cocoa chocolate.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish with a square of 70% cacao chocolate pegged to the rim.
