Ingredients
- 2.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 10 mlGinger liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered crystallised ginger and grated dark chocolate.
- 3RINSE glass with maraschino liqueur (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- 4STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into maraschino rinsed glass.
- 6Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger and dust with grated dark chocolate.
