Ingredients
- 2.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlWhite crรจme de cacao
- 10 mlGinger liqueur

Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.

Prepare garnish of skewered crystallised ginger and grated dark chocolate.

RINSE glass with maraschino liqueur (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.

STIR other ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into maraschino rinsed glass.

Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger and dust with grated dark chocolate.
