Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 15 mlGalliano liqueur
- 30 mlLime juice
- 15 mlOrange juice
- 7.5 mlGrenadine syrup
Method
- 1Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh and seeds into shaker.
- 2Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 3Pour grenadine into centre of drink (should sink to bottom).
