Ingredients
- 60 mlScotch whisky
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 10 mlBlackberry liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of blackberry.
- 3POUR first 3 ingredients into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 4STIR or SWIZZLE.
- 5DRIZZLE crème de mûre around surface of cocktail.
- 6Garnish with blackberry.
