Ingredients
- 45 mlReposado tequila
- 25 mlElderflower liqueur
- 15 mlGentian liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 45 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel (& ideally a bouquet of edible flowers).
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5TOP with soda.
- 6Garnish with lemon wheel (& preferably a bouquet of edible flowers).
