- 45 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
- 15 mlFalernum liqueur
- 30 mlLime juice
- 15 mlMaple syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and mint sprigs.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish along with mint sprigs bouquet.
