- 15 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 2.5 mlLime cordial
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized lime zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lime zest twist over cocktail and float on surface.
