- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Lucano)
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel (dehydrated).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with lime wheel floated on surface.
