Ingredients
- 60 mlAmontillado sherry
- 15 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 12.5 mlPineapple syrup
- 1 dashAromatic bitters

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters and pineapple wedge.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with 2 dashes of bitters to colour ice crown and pineapple wedge.
