Ingredients
- 40 mlBlanco tequila
- 7.5 mlTriple sec
- 7.5 mlElderflower liqueur
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 5 mlLychee/litchi syrup
- 5 mlGinger syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime juice and dip into salt).
- 3Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass pre-rimmed with grapefruit salt.
- 6Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
