- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 10 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 10 mlOrange Curaçao
- 7.5 mlPineapple juice
- 2.5 mlPineapple syrup
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime (or lemon) zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lime (or lemon) zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
