Ingredients
- 60 mlVodka
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 5 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 5 mlVanilla liqueur
- 5 mlCaramel liqueur
- 8 dropChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with chocolate – use a microwave or bain marie to melt a few squares of dark chocolate, then dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate.
- 3Prepare garnish of Smarties.
- 4STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.).
