Ingredients
- 30 mlOloroso sherry
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlChilli liqueur
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 60 mlProsecco
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half orange slice wheel.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with orange slice.
