Ingredients
- 25 mlCognac (brandy)
- 25 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 25 mlMilk (whole/full 3-4% fat)
- 1 fresh Egg (white and yolk)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 7Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
