- 30 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 15 mlAgricole rhum (unaged)
- 22.5 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 7.5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 7.5 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and mint leaf/sprig tip.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with mint leaf or sprig tip floated or pegged to rim.
