- 30 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 20 mlGrappa
- 15 mlChinotto liqueur
- 15 mlAmbrato vermouth
- 5 mlCold brew coffee
- 5 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
