- 45 mlLight white rum
- 45 mlCoconut water
- 10 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 5 mlLime juice
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 4 dropChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dust side of glass with coconut dust and garnish with lime zest twist.
- 3THROW all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
