Ingredients
- 60 mlElderflower liqueur
- 30 mlLime juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- 5Garnish with skewered lemon slice and cherry (sail).
