- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 30 mlElderflower liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Gently MUDDLE mint in glass (just to bruise).

Add other ingredients.

Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN with barspoon.

TOP with more crushed ice and CHURN again.

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Serve with a straw.
