- 60 mlSauvignon Blanc wine
- 45 mlElderflower liqueur
- 60 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel.
- 3POUR wine and then elderflower liqueur into an ice-filled glass.
- 4TOP with soda.
- 5Garnish with lime wheel.
