- 45 mlPeated malt whisky
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlHoney and water syrup
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 45 mlGinger ale
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger ale.
- 5Garnish with lemon wedge.
