- 35 mlPineapple juice
- 25 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlRuby port
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.
- 3POUR first 4 ingredients into chilled glass.
- 4Two-thirds FILL glass with crushed ice.
- 5CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
- 6Fill glass with more crushed ice and briefly CHURN.
- 7FLOAT port.
- 8Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
