Ingredients
- 40 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlFino sherry
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 7.5 mlTriple sec
- 2.5 mlGrenadine syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of small mint leaf from the tip of a sprig..
- 3STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5POUR half-a-bar spoon of grenadine into centre of cocktail which should sink to form a suitably red Christmassy base.
- 6Float small leaf from the tip of a mint sprig for garnish.
