- 45 mlPineapple juice
- 45 mlCoconut milk
- 10 mlOrgeat syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and pineapple wedge.
- 3POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
- 4Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and SWIZZLE.
- 5FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- 6Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and pineapple wedge on rim.
