- 45 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 22.5 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
- 30 mlApple juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
