  • 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
  • 22.5 mlOrange-red aperitivo
  • 7.5 mlGentian liqueur
  • 2 dashGrapefruit bitters

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into carbonator.

    CARBONATE and pour into chilled glass.

    EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
