Ingredients
- 50 mlCognac (brandy)
- 5 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 10 mlBreakfast tea syrup
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Dry shake all ingredients together, then shake vigorously with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
