- 30 mlEspresso coffee (hot)
- 20 mlCoffee liqueur
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and 3 coffee beans.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into chilled glass.

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
