- 30 mlEspresso coffee (hot)
- 20 mlCoffee liqueur
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and 3 coffee beans.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on surface.
