  • 120 mlTonic water
  • 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 30 mlCold espresso coffee

    Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of long lemon zest twist.

    PULL a shot of espresso and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

    POUR tonic water and then sugar syrup into chilled glass.

    FILL glass with ice.

    FLOAT espresso coffee.

    EXPRESS a lemon zest over each cocktail and use as garnish.
