- 30 mlEspresso coffee (hot)
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and drop onto centre of foamy head as a garnish.
