- 1 1⁄2 fresh Passion fruit
- 60 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 15 mlLime juice
- 60 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1<strong>1.</strong> To make a Estrella Porno Martini you'll first need to flavour your tequila with a vanilla pod.
- 2Simply cut the vanilla pod lengthways to expose the flavoursome seeds inside and drop the whole vanilla pod into your bottle of tequila.
- 3Reseal and shake bottle several times a day for at least two days, preferably a week.
- 4<strong>2.</strong> To make your cocktail, wash and cut passion fruits in half, SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of 3 halves into shaker.
- 5(Keep last passion fruit half for garnish).
- 6Add next four ingredients (all but champagne), SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 7POUR champagne into chilled shot glass to serve on the side.
- 8Instruct drinker to sip alternately from each glass.
