- 15 mlFino sherry
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of prepare garnish of Lemon zest twist and chocolate mini football or other fitting cake decoration..
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered olive and perhaps also a football-related decoration.
