5 fresh Blackberries
60 mlSpiced rum
22.5 mlLemon juice
15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
1 barspoonCharcoal powder

Method

MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker.

Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.
