  • 10 mlFalernum liqueur
  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 25 mlCoconut cream
  • 15 mlCoconut syrup
  • 30 mlSoda (club soda) water
  • 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)

    DRY BLEND (without ice) first 6 ingredients and gradually add Xanthan gum while continuing to blend.

    Add a 7oz scoop of crushed ice and blend again.
