Ingredients
- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 10 mlFalernum liqueur
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 25 mlCoconut cream
- 15 mlCoconut syrup
- 30 mlSoda (club soda) water
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)

DRY BLEND (without ice) first 6 ingredients and gradually add Xanthan gum while continuing to blend.

Add a 7oz scoop of crushed ice and blend again.

Pour into chilled glass.
