- 22.5 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
- 15 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 10 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 5 mlMint fernet amaro
- 3 dashCreole bitters
- 4 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and float as garnish.
