- 30 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 1 dashBarrel-aged bitters

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

FAT-WASH a bottle of peaty Scotch whisky with smoky bacon fat.

POUR the now clarified smoky bacon-flavoured Scotch whisky and other ingredients into mixing glass.

STIR with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
