- 30 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 1 dashBarrel-aged bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3FAT-WASH a bottle of peaty Scotch whisky with smoky bacon fat.
- 4POUR the now clarified smoky bacon-flavoured Scotch whisky and other ingredients into mixing glass.
- 5STIR with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
